This week’s wisdom is about the push and pull of old vs. new in our lives.
It’s also about embodying spirit by creating rituals or practices to help us better maintain our energy.
Maybe you feel like you’re on the verge of something new in your life, or up leveling in some big way? But you’re not quite there yet.
This could be because of attachment. Are you open to something new and unknown? Or are you trying to plan every last detail of every single thing in your life?
This is something that I struggle with a lot. I wanna know the how and the when, and if I can control it – even better. I also know that my attachment isn’t doing me any favors lol.
It’s leaning into uncertainty that ushers in the REAL magic.
When we get too attached to the details, we block the magical manifestation of the Universe, and 9 times out of 10, what we surrender to is waaaay better than what we try to tirelessly over plan and create.
A great way to practice trust and surrender is through the second part of this week’s wisdom – spiritual ceremony. I find sooo much comfort and insight in daily card pulls, channeling, meditation, etc.
When I allow time and space for my spiritual practices, I’m usually way happier in general (and way less likely to over plan myself into oblivion hahaha).
I’d love to know – what are some of your favorite spiritual practices? Or maybe there’s something new that you feel called to? Comment below to share!
