Weekly Wisdom: Temptation

Although this world, and this life, is your playground, you must not become attached to outcomes or the material world.

This card is a reminder for you to check in with yourself and ask:

1) Are you too focused on the material right now?

2) Are you getting swept up in excess?

3) Do you find yourself falling into addictive behavior?

4) Are you obsessed with how things “should” go and then disappointed when the outcome does not meet your expectations?

It’s time to stop and reflect on how you are showing up right now in your life.

If you find yourself falling into the throes of temptation and attachment – ask yourself why.

What are you REALLY seeking right now?

And how can you fulfill that need within yourself, instead of looking outside of yourself and to the material world?

Always know that you have everything you need within you <3

Weekly Wisdom: Alchemical Mutation

Your spiritual growth is changing your mind, body, and soul.

These changes are part of your higher awakening and will usher in new energies, experiences, and beliefs into your life.

The body changes as light enters.

You may feel this physically, mentally, emotionally, and/or spiritually. You may sense a new lightness to your being, both your physical vessel, and how you show up in the world.

This transformation will bring you much satisfaction and joy; however it may also bring you challenges.

The mind does not always (if ever, let’s be real) enjoy change. It may resist and fight, causing you to feel worn down and hopeless.

Or your challenges may be more physical and results of the new lightness and energy that is entering your being now. You may feel sick or achey. You may experience increased sensitivity to external stimuli.

Know that whatever you experience, be it “good” or “bad,” is part of your journey and your spiritual growth.

Also know that you have the power to ease this alchemical mutation for yourself. Up level your self-care. Allow yourself time and space to rest and replenish your energy. Do what feels GOOD, and release what feels like a to do.

This is a time for change and up leveling, be it spiritual and/or physical. Allow it to be whatever it is meant to be for you personally, and take extra care with yourself during this time.

Weekly Wisdom: Chariot

The theme for this week is victory 🙂

While success is inevitable, and celebrating that success is justly deserved…

Take time to reflect on how everything you have endured, including obstacles and setbacks, is part of this victory.

Every instance in life, “good” or “bad,” is an opportunity for learning and growth.

Relish in your victory, dear one, but always remember the ebb and flow of life includes victory and defeat, and both deserve gratitude and celebration in their own way.

November Wisdom: Shock of the New

A strangely beautiful newness is seeking to manifest in your life.

Although this is connected to the deepest parts of you, this new birth may still be a shock to your system.

It will be unfamiliar, perhaps even scary, but if you persevere through the initial stages of the strange and unknown, your shock of the new will eventually transform into joy and freedom.

Let go of old ways so that you can usher in new beginnings.

You have outgrown the old, and although releasing the familiar may be terrifying, trust that you will be divinely guided the entire way.

Weekly Wisdom: Emotional Withdrawal

The theme for this week is emotional withdrawal, whether that means moving on from a current situation in your life or just taking some you time to escape the daily hustle and bustle and recharge.

Or maybe you’re in search of something new and fresh altogether – perhaps looking for a little inspiration in a routine that feels stale?

Withdrawal isn’t necessarily a negative thing.

It’s important to take time and space to withdraw and commune with yourself, and your soul, on a deeper level. This sacred self-care is a way for you to reflect, heal, and transform.

We all need time and space to replenish ourselves.

And maintenance of our energy is our own responsibility, so make sure you make yourself a priority in this sense. You can’t show up for others, or yourself, on the daily in the way you would like if you’re always giving from an empty cup, yanno?

On a personal note, this week’s theme has got me like ::side eye:: One of my personal weekly wisdom pulls was the Restore & Replenish card, and then as I was doing my new moon ritual yesterday, I felt called to make sacred self-care one of my new moon intentions! I see you, spirit, creepin on my life.

Weekly Wisdom: Reach Out

It’s okay to accept help and support from others.

You need to allow yourself to receive.

You don’t need to just “be strong” and “handle it on your own.”

Seek out others. Ask for help. Allow them to hold space for you.

If you struggle with receiving support from others, think of it like this – if a good friend or loved one came to you for help, how would you react? Would you turn them away and tell them to just deal with it?

Noooope.

So why do you think that’s how YOU need to handle all situations?

You don’t need to do everything on your own. There is support all around you, even in spirit (or whatever your belief). Seek it out and allow yourself to receive it <3

Weekly Wisdom: Triumphant Success

Ummm who doesn’t love a message like this?! Especially on a Monday 😉

This week’s card is all about new beginnings and exciting challenges in your life (which aligns pretty well with our recent Full Moon in Aries!).

This is a time to really use your gifts, skills, heart, and determination, so that you can reap big rewards and success in the coming days.

It’s time to overcome any blocks and barriers that are holding you back from your most heart-felt dreams and desires.

Although it’s important to dive into this phase of your life with excitement and optimism, be sure you are also using patience and precision. It’s really important to think before you act.

This is not a time for negativity or limiting beliefs, it is a time for new beginnings and commitment to what you want.

TLDR: Get ittttt 😉

Weekly Wisdom: Shock of the New

Ohh I love this week’s card – Shock of the New. In addition to the gorgeous art, this card is all about something new and beautiful seeking to manifest in your life.

However, although this can be an exciting time, whatever is seeking to come to be in your life is likely something completely unfamiliar to you and your experience up until now.

It may be a shock at first, but that will soon transform to happiness and freedom, as long as you can first accept it and move through the shock of the new and unknown.

Or perhaps something that you want to create or experience in your life is considered unconventional, and because of this, you’ve not yet allowed it to be born.

It’s time to surrender to what is calling to you, and pay no mind to what others may think.

Prepare yourself now for this shock of the new, and meet it with curiosity and excitement rather than trepidation and fear.

Trust that everything is happening as it is meant to, and allow yourself to be led down this path now.

Welcome to The Sacred Channel!

I’ve been on my own spiritual journey for about 10 years now, and I’ve learned so much along the way – about myself, about my beliefs, about spirit, and about my gifts. Over the past year or so, I’ve felt called to start sharing this part of my life and connect with a wider spiritual community. Everything spirituality and soul searching is such a passion of mine, and I’m happiest when I am connecting with others on that deeper, soul level and geeking out over my latest mediation or card spread.

I am so excited to launch The Sacred Channel that words practically escape me. As a writer, that’s kind of saying something 😉

The foundation of this calling I’ve felt, and honestly just a big part of who I am as a person, comes down to helping and supporting others.

I know what it’s like to feel buried in the deepest pit of misery and despair, certain that you’ll never claw your way out, let alone experience real peace, happiness, and fulfillment. I also know what it’s like to feel that spark of creation, expression, divine connection, and flow, to the point that it feels like you’re walking in a magical, waking dream.

The Sacred Channel is about connecting with and helping others through spirituality, and I plan to do this in two ways:

1) Offering services based on my innate spiritual gifts, like channeling and card readings.

2) Creating content and sharing practices and resources that can help others develop their own intuition and discover their own divine connection and gifts.

I believe that we are all a sacred channel. Each of us, at any given time, has everything we need to connect to source, spirit, and our higher self. We are all supported in such an incredibly magical way, and tapping into that can truly change your life.

I’m so excited to see where this path takes me, and to continue learning, growing, and serving others.

Love always,

Pam
