Weekly Wisdom: You Got the Love

This week’s wisdom is all about love, relationships, codependency, and boundaries.

Although it is both beautiful and pure to see love in all people and situations, you must first be sure to love YOURSELF, and from there establish healthy boundaries and relationships with others.

Take inventory of your current relationships, whether romantic, platonic, work related, etc.

Where do you need to establish healthier boundaries?

Are there relationships where you find yourself being codependent and losing your sense of self?

Or perhaps you’re in a dynamic where you give more than you receive?

Maybe there’s a relationship in your life that drives anxiety and stress due to a lack of communication or consideration for each other?

It’s time to take energetic inventory of your relationships, and to reassess any dynamics that make you feel anxious, codependent, or unsafe to be yourself.

And always remember – the love you seek from others is one you can also find within yourself.

Weekly Wisdom: Fall Into My Arms

This week’s card is all about surrendering to the extremes in life.

(Liiiike seriously, I can’t make this shit up lol.)

As humans, it can be easy to fall into attachment to how things are, how things should be, and how things could be.

We often see things as either good or bad.

And when we struggle, it can be easy to fall into a victim mentality.

When something goes wrong or is bad, we see it as punishment. Versus when something is good or goes well, we see it as reward.

However this card reminds us that the extremes of life, whether good or bad, are the very reason we are here.

We are here to live and experience, and not all of that will be good, and that’s okay. That is to be expected.

So in those times of fear, doubt, anxiety, and worry (like now), remember that you are not alone. You always have two constant companions – your deeply wise and infinite soul, and source.

Weekly Wisdom: The Great Severing

This week’s card pull is a shadow card that is meant to help us release anger, fear, and pain that may be blocking us from love.

One line from the card description really jumped out at me, especially with what is going on in the world right now with the coronavirus:

“It we aren’t careful, before long we’ll see the world as a scary, dangerous place where fear and anxiety roam free.”

Pretty timely, eh??

As humans, we’re faced with so much every single day that can make it super hard to stay aligned with love and light.
It’s easy to get wrapped up in our pain and anger. It’s easy to spin stories on why others, or the world in general, may be out to get us. It’s EASY to block love and light from our lives.

But things that are usually the most difficult often have the best payoff.

Bring your awareness to the difficulty and pain in your life and around you. Allow yourself to feel it, know that it is valid, and move through it.

And then let love in. Find your way back to your truth, your HIGHEST truth, which doesn’t revel in fear and hardship, but in love, light, and community.

Find a way now, especially now, to have love and compassion for others, and yourself. Cause whether or not we like to admit it, or it feels like it at the moment, we really are all in this together.

Sending you all so much love and light this week and always <3

If you feel called toward something, it is part of your divine path.

Each of us has unique gifts, talents, and messages to share in this lifetime. We each have a unique journey to navigate.

These are the lessons your soul was craving. This is the path your soul chose to walk along.
