Weekly Wisdom: Emotional Withdrawal

The theme for this week is emotional withdrawal, whether that means moving on from a current situation in your life or just taking some you time to escape the daily hustle and bustle and recharge.

Or maybe you’re in search of something new and fresh altogether – perhaps looking for a little inspiration in a routine that feels stale?

Withdrawal isn’t necessarily a negative thing.

It’s important to take time and space to withdraw and commune with yourself, and your soul, on a deeper level. This sacred self-care is a way for you to reflect, heal, and transform.

We all need time and space to replenish ourselves.

And maintenance of our energy is our own responsibility, so make sure you make yourself a priority in this sense. You can’t show up for others, or yourself, on the daily in the way you would like if you’re always giving from an empty cup, yanno?

On a personal note, this week’s theme has got me like ::side eye:: One of my personal weekly wisdom pulls was the Restore & Replenish card, and then as I was doing my new moon ritual yesterday, I felt called to make sacred self-care one of my new moon intentions! I see you, spirit, creepin on my life.
